Marwan Haddad has over 25 years of software development experience in addition to 10 years of experience leading and building high-performance engineering and product development teams.

He was the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering for RESAAS, a global award-winning proptech cloud platform.

Prior to RESAAS, Marwan was a software consultant and solutions provider with a wide range of local and international companies. He also has experience setting up teams and building applications and platforms on time and on budget.

He has led the development efforts/teams and launched several platforms for Fortune 500 Companies, including Microsoft and Starbucks.

Marwan holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, has completed several advanced MIS courses, and is actively involved with University of British Columbia computer science/engineering mentorship programs.

Cory Brandolini has over 30 years of experience as a founder, partner, angel investor, financier and advisor to disruptive, high-growth software companies within the technology industry.

His wealth of Capital Markets experience includes helping raise well over $150 million for private and public technology companies. His 20 years of experience in the investment banking industry includes time with Octagon Capital and Golden Capital.

Cory was also previously a partner of VoIP telephony company Teleo Inc. (acquired by Microsoft), a director of cross platform cloud storage application Dliveo Inc. (also acquired), a co-founder of proptech cloud platform RESAAS Inc., which has over 400,000 subscribing Realtors worldwide, and a collaborative supporter of major brands like RE/MAX and Keller Williams.

Dr. Elliot Holtham has a wide range of experience in natural sciences, engineering and technology. While he has a passion for developing innovative technology, his strong work ethic and competitive drive have also enabled him to advise and lead groups to success.

Elliot was co-founder, CEO and COO of Xtract AI, a machine learning company that was acquired by Patriot One Technologies (TSX:XTRA).

He has a Ph.D. in geophysics from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and was awarded Canada’s most prestigious graduate scholarship, the Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship.

Elliot has co-authored over a dozen published scientific articles and has spoken at technical conferences around the world. He holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid where he was on the Dean’s List and graduated from UBC’s Engineering Physics department with Distinction.

Kevin O’Neil has over 35 years of experience in technology investing, advisory and leadership.

He was formerly the CEO of Xtract AI, which was recently acquired by Patriot One Technologies (TSX:XTRA).

Kevin was also an investment banker at Merrill Lynch.
